Daddy Goes Fishing

Last Friday Aaron went deep sea fishing off of the coast of Edisto. He has been deep sea fishing once before, but it was in Costa Rica, and there you aren't allowed to keep the fish you catch. So I was super excited when he got home with about 5 pounds of fresh mahi mahi! He said that was considered a very slow day in the world of fishing, but it provided two very delicous meals this weekend and plenty left over to freeze for another time. It's amazing the difference in "fresh" fish from the grocery store, and "day after it's caught" fresh. It makes me want to send Aaron away more often!
