Pumpkin Carving & Blowing Bubbles

After having played with our pumpkins indoors for a week, it was time for them to relocate to the front porch.
First we had to carve the Daddy Pumpkin.
Mommy sketched the face. Watson and Emory watched.
Emory got quite a kick out of the pumpkin's hat.
Daddy had to pull out all of the slimy, yucky seeds...although they were anything but yucky after Mommy cleaned and roasted them! The "pumpkin patch beans" have been Emory's favorite snack the last few days!
She was a little confused as to what was actually going on,But as Daddy kept carving, she began to realize it was a "happy" face.
We set Daddy pumpkin on the front porch with the Mommy, Emory and Baby Watson pumpkins. Now I have the pleasure of having to alot an extra 5 minutes when getting in or out of the car at home, as Emory has to go look at the "pumpkin patch" on the front porch. :)
While Daddy cleaned up from the pumpkin carving, Emory played with her pumpkin bubbles. You would have thought this was her first time blowing bubbles by her oh-so-surprised reaction!
She never fails to make me laugh.
I'm sad to say the bubble blowing fun came to an end as soon as she threw her arms up in excitement, dropping the container and spilling all of the bubbles.
But it didn't phase her one bit. She simply walked away, climbed up into the fort and began posing for more pictures. What a ham!

These are great. Watson's little scrunched up face is adorable, and I'm still chuckling over those pictures of Emory. Glad to see you guys are doing so well.
