We’re trying to squeeze in some last minute Easter projects and today we tackled dying Easter eggs! Surprisingly this was Em’s first time.
We let the tablets dissolve and dropped our eggs in! She was mesmerized that the eggs were changing colors.
We weren’t patient enough to let the eggs cool completely, so the dye curdled a little, which didn’t make for a perfect finished product.
But Emory didn’t seem to notice. She did, however, make sure each and every family member had an egg with their name on it.
Of course, Emory needed 5 for herself…an ‘E’, ‘M’, ‘O’, ‘R’ and ‘Y’. She loved that the eggs “spay-elled” her name!
The only problem- She couldn’t decide if she wanted to eat the eggs or hide them!

So cute! I can hear her saying "spay-elled"! I love her little excited face in the threesome just above the eggs and those last two pictures! And baby boy's first trip to the beach looked like a successful one! Have fun down there!
Happy Easter!
