Snuggles and a Movie

We instituted a ‘no tv during the week’ rule a few months ago and I have to say it’s been great. I didn’t feel like my kids were watching too much tv very often, but every once in a while I would sit them in front of the tv in order to get stuff done. I still need to occupy them for large chunks of time pretty often, but funny enough, when tv isn’t an option they have fairly easily found other activities to keep them busy. Of course, come Friday, Emory is so excited to watch a movie after school! This particular Friday we headed to the park with some friends after school to kill a couple of hours before we had to get haircuts. Once we got home the boys went down for naps and Emory cozied up in the chair to watch Annie. Boland has been fighting a little congestion and didn’t sleep very long, so he enjoyed some rare snuggles alone with his sister. I love how much he loves her…And how much she loves him!She is so willing {and able!} to help out with him. Her brothers are so blessed to have her as a big sister!
