A New Dress Up!

Lately I’ve felt like a broken record.

Emory, take off your Belle dress so you can put on your school clothes.

Emory, take off your Ariel outfit so you can take a nap.

Emory, take off your Cinderella dress so you can get in the bath!

Santa brought Emory a handful of dress up outfits and accessories this past year, and until about six weeks ago, she wanted nothing to do with them {with the exception of her high heels}.

Now she is obsessed! She has on a “dress up” every single minute she’s at home.

Aunt Boo and Alex just got back from a fun trip to Disney World and brought back a Jasmine dress up outfit for Emory. She was so excited. So so so very excited! When she’s dressed up, she insists you call her by her character’s name.

And Baby Watson is always the prince.

This morning she was dressed as Cinderella by 7:30am.

She heard her brother stirring in his crib, and ran to his room shouting,

“My Prince Charming’s wakin’ up!”.

She has already insisted that Santa bring her a Barbie dress-up, a Snow White dress-up and a Princess Tiona dress-up this Christmas.

While the Easter Bunny didn’t exactly come through with the “lellow slide” request, we hope Santa can work his magic on the dress-ups!
