Our 2012 Slip-n-Slide

{because after last year, I’ve discovered that these only last one season, if not just one day}

We pulled out our new slip-n-slide as a reward for completing their week of swim lessons. Of course, the kids loved it. Even naked Boland.Watson was an absolute maniac. He would back up about 30 yards, then run at full speed and throw himself onto the slide.

Very few times did he actually ‘slide’, but he thought it was fantastic nonetheless.

In the midst of potty training Watson, it sorta slips my mind that I still have one in diapers, which means it sometimes slips my mind that his diaper needs changing. Oops.

Emory was a little more cautious, and instead of slippin’ or slidin’ she just did a little jig.

Boland enjoyed sippin’…

We may be out the $12 we spent on this year’s toy after a few uses, but its well worth it!
