Emory got to join a dozen other little girls at The Mad Platter for her friend Emory Anne’s fourth birthday! After already having logged in time at Vacation Bible School, lunch at Chick-Fil-A, and a playdate at Leapin’ Lizards beforehand, Emory was more than tired. She took a few minutes to warm up to the crowd, and then she was super excited to be there!
Each girl got to pick out what piece of pottery she wanted to paint.
Emory picked out a plate and was loving painting little blobs of color on it. I, on the other hand, was patiently waiting for her to finish so that I could come back and do some touch-up work to make it look okay! :)
After painting, it was time for princess cupcakes, each one adorned with a giant diamond ring. Emory was in heaven! 
The birthday girl loved the birthday song and then gobbled up her cupcake!
My little artist wasn’t as interested in the snacks as she was the gifts. Having just had her birthday, she was excited to see what fun toys Emory Anne had received!
