Little did we know, when we first laid eyes on you three years ago today, that you would steal the hearts of your daddy and me…

…that you would be the best baby ever…sleeping through the night at four weeks old…

…that you would be content being carried around, keeping you from walking until well after14 months…

…that you would grow a little mullet that we came to adore, but finally chopped at 18 months…

…that your second birthday would bring me tears as I realized you really were growing up way too fast…

…that you would be blessed with a baby brother whom you love more anything in the world…

…that you would begin preschool, become potty-trained and perform in your first dance recital…

Little did we know, that in your first three years of life, you would teach us to love more than we ever thought possible. You will always be the baby that made your daddy and me parents. We know you will continue to make us proud, keep us laughing, love your sibling{s} and melt our hearts.
