‘Big School’ 4K Tea

Emory and I dropped the boys off at school and we headed to her new ‘big girl’ ‘church school’ to attend a little tea party for the rising 4K students. We sat with Rosie and her mama to watch the current 4K students sing a few songs and the girls were mesmerized. {This happened to also be the morning of the dance recital so they were all about performing!}They spotted their little friend Catie in the group of performers and couldn’t stop giggling. After the performance and a few little snacks the kids got to run around the gym and play. Then they got to join the big kids on the playground-the highlight of the morning!

We’re gonna enjoy our summer of smocked clothing, because, come August, we’ll be in the same school uniform, every single day. {insert sobs} Luckily the rain hats were for the performance only, and we won’t have to give up our big hairbows!
