Since moving into our new house, I think there have only been 2 or 3 nights that we’ve eaten inside. Instead, we have loved {loved loved loved!} eating on the deck. We turn the music on and the kids run around dancing. So much so that it’s difficult to get them to sit still long enough to eat their food. Or Watson listens as the neighbor’s dogs bark and yells “cow! cow!”. Or Emory practices kicking her soccer ball in the back yard while Watson chases after it. We spent much of our time outside, which has allowed us to meet a lot of our neighbors, which is so much fun!
The weather is getting warm fast, but it’s nothing that cant be cured by a cold beer or a popsicle. And we’ve gone through tons of both! Watson just recently had his first popsicle and now walks around asking for them all day everyday. Although they’ve been fighting a little more than usual lately, it seems that everyone is at peace over popsicles, and in 20-something years when I look back at these pictures, I may even think they were the best of friends! {I will, however, cringe when I see the very full diaper, the character t-shirt, Emory’s sandals that she refuses to take off, Watson’s major need of a haircut and all the dirt under the kiddos’ nails!}
After the chaos of the move, Recital and all of our end-of-the-year school stuff, relaxed nights like these are the best!!

Even with the very full diaper, character shirt, and dirty fingernails they are so adorable and precious! When you look back, you won't cringe you will just cry that they aren't that little anymore! :(
